I have less than two weeks left in Japan now. Time flies, huh?

I'll be writing some "closing thoughts", but for now, a final song of the month! Dang it. Am I really at my last month? I have more songs I wanted to share. How about just two, okay?  They're anime themes, so it's relevant to the discussion, and they're really short.

I just wanted to say that I love Death Note! (and have had no one to reveal that to who understands). What drew me in was that opening sequence and then I got addicted. I think the first 10 episodes or so are the best though. And I'm not a fan of the second screamo opening song. I've been wanting to get into Full Metal Alchemist too. Both shows are on Adult Swim but I've only seen the first few of Full Metal. I need to get netflix.

Anyways, keep up the blogging, its so fun to read about your adventures in Japan and a good distraction when I'm bored at work.

And I totally agree that the 2nd opening of death note sucks. Actually, I don't really care for the whole second half of the series, but the first half is more than good enough to make up for that

Yes, yes agreed. I think it ended well but once L dies, the series kinda goes downhill. I'd be great to see you again. Any plans on where you're going to live/what you're going to do ect?

I'll be going to grad school to get my teaching license (i'm going to teach biology) in good old salem oregon, mostly living at home in Clackamas. I plan to get my own place just as soon as i get a job though. I have enough money saved for grad school now, but not enough for anything else. You?
