I have a massive headache. Thank goodness that we have tomorrow off because I might spend most of it in bed. Everyone who's eligible better go vote!!! I can't vote because I'm not an U.S. citizen. It makes me very sad because I'm 18 now. =(

I have been trying to find a list of who is running for what postions here but have found nothing. There isn't even any acknowledgement of the date november 8th on the 2005 election calender for the Sedgwick county election office.

Each state has a different Election Day. I think Kansas's is in April.

We need a green card first, which we've been trying to get for years now. I've had my fingerprints taken more times than I can count, and since 9/11 the Department of Homeland Security isn't exactly welcoming immigrants. Even after we get a green card, I still have to wait five years before I can take the naturalization test.

I've been a permanent resident for 10 years. It doesn't mean anything towards citizenship.
