Vietnamese movies steal anime music
I have a Vietnamese friend, she told me this. And what, this is absolutely unforgiveable.
I can't believe this, they just steal many background anime music without permission. I wonder if they have a "brain" or at least, they know how to use it.
For example, a Vietnamese tv series for teen names: "Chit & Pi" (aired on official Vietnamese's televison "Sport and economic infomation" channel VTV3), it has stolen CLANNAD's background music "Spring wind" composed by Visual art's KEY "Jun Maeda", this is the clearly proof:

CLANNAD's "Nagisa's Theme" has been stolen, too.
What is this? A super crappy scene with the most beautiful, pure and touched background music??? that shitty movie names "Sac dep va danh vong" aired on Vietnamese's TV channel HTV3:
Many others Japanese, Korean, and what, European songs have been stolen, too. I have many proofs, but they're just unlimited so If you want, comment and say it, I'll provide them as many as I can.
Many Vietnamese Anime-manga's fans are angry with this, but they can not do anything but discussing in forums, blogs, etc... or just keep silent about it. And I'm surprised that no one of them think of writing a letter in English to Anime News Network, or Japan Publishers.
They're not only stealing anime music, but manga, too. Some Vietnamese Publishers have publish thousands famous (and not famous) manga titles such as: Pandora Hearts, D.Gray-man, KOBATO, XXXHolic, Shinshi doumei cross, Yu-Gi-Oh... You can see the (not full) list here. Just bold titles have translation rights. More important, they're just do the crappy translation, change character's names and even authour/artist's names, make them become really, a shitty mess, then they sold those craps for fans to make those dirty money.
Please, if you know Japanese, help me write a letter to Visual Art's Key telling Vietnam has stolen their Grey matter and using it without ANY PERMISSION. I want they, Vietnam must pay for violating Berne Convention, which they already have agreed with.
