Since no TARDIS or flying motorbike has shown up in my backyard to carry me away, I guess I'll have to face Hurricane Sandy head on. The porch has been cleared, the cars pulled back, water stocked up on, electronics charged, and flashlight and candles methodically scattered about the house.

Oh my gosh and another friend stayed and they're RIGHT next to the boardwalk!!! I can't believe it. I have my nook! lol I'll have to use it for light, cause my sister's power went off and she came over.
