You'll have to post a pic or two of your pregnant dolls, I'd be fascinated to see them. I know that they've made them, but I've only ever seen one and that was a long time ago. It was a barbie style one with a removable tummy that had a tiny baby in it in an in utero pose. I think it was made in Germany
