You may not believe this, Megan, but I do love you and I do want to be a friend to you. However, I can't do that if you don't let me. Case in point: you tell me you have no one, that no one is on your side, that no one is willing to listen to you, that you have no friends. In the past, I have tried many times to get you to realize that there are people right next to you that would be willing to listen to you and support you if you would only let them. I myself have listened to you and supported you countless times over the phone -- just as you have done for me in the past. But if you're in a mood like the one you're in tonight, you don't want to hear any of that -- you consistently interrupt any attempts to show you what you have with almost automatic rejection and naysaying. I reacted badly to this; I let my annoyance color my response, and that was wrong. I am sorry
