There was one long-stemmed yellow daffodil on my doorknob when I got home at two o'clock this morning.

I've asked everyone, including my mother, and no one knows from whence it came.

I'm very curious, I must admit.

last year i would randomly write "steph is pretty" on the first floor HA's white board.
we weren't close.
there was no reason. i'd just see her blank whiteboard and go at it.
i never signed it.
all year, she was just periodically seeing the note.
she is pretty. and i like to think i made her day.

maybe somebody out there saw your door and thought "i have this daffodil and britt should have it" and you will never know who the person was.
at the same time, if the daffodil upgrades to a rose then we know you've got a stalker. :-P

Maybe you have a bumblebee that has a crush on you. I don't know what bees give to each other when they are in love, but I assume that it is flowers what with the pollen and all...
