i did know kylen and i'm not looking for sympathy. you don't know me and i respect you taking up for someone you care about but do you know what i go through on a daily basis thinking about kylen and mark? no you don't if you had any class at all you would keep your thoughts to yourself because you have no clue what happened that night. i'm not ( Read more... )

Whatever! Didn't the toxicology report say otherwise? Weren't they pantsless? I mean, seriously. UGH. IDIOT.

there's absolutely no question that she had had alcohol. Her BAC hasn't yet been released, so we don't know HOW drunk she was. But she didn't have pants on and she did hit a car in the Waffle House parking lot minutes before she hit Kylen, so she clearly couldn't drive properly.

She wasn't drunk or speeding? What lies. The crash tests ALL indicate that she was going at least 80mph, and some put it at 90mph. And EVERYONE who saw her will attest to the fact that she had consumed far too much to be allowed to drive. Why else did she hit a car in the Waffle House parking lot? That's a lot of "freak accidents" for one night.

I talked to Kylen every day for over 4 years. He'd have told me if he had ever met a worthless piece of trash named Brittney Petty. He didn't.

Well, it will make it all the more satisfying when she has to sit in jail for a while.

We got in a pretty petty fight after this email. It isnt worth sharing because it would just be very upsetting. She claims though that she knew kylen because it was her best freinds sister was best friends with Audra. She pretty much said that i should be happy that i ccan walk and stop harrasing her. I told her that we will all see her in court.
