Genius cricket?

Last night I was feeding my gecko live crickets, as I am wont to do (and as my gecko is wont for me to do) and I opened the cricket cage and one cricket immediately leaps out to freedom and disappears out of view onto the floor. I was like "Wow! That's one smart cricket!" I crawled around on the floor looking for it for a while, but to no avail

Those crickets live such short, tragic lives. At least this one I will remember for a couple days longer than the others!
