I feel you on the angry thing. I get angry so often it's not even funny. I also know the walking way thing- because I've held plenty of jobs I should've bounced on LONG before I bounced.

It's nice to know that people have been in the same boat. While it makes it a bit easier to deal, it doesn't really assist in the decision making process of what to do. It's wierd.

not to make it all about money or anything, but how is VS for that? because if you've been there 4 years, they should be lining your pockets pretty decent by now.

if you do quit, it isn't for nothing, because it looks great on a resume that you stayed with the same place for so long, and i'm sure they'll get you a good reference.
