Yes, the italics are the members' thoughts. The way they performed the song during the live is really moving. I wish I was there to see it personally, but even while watching it onscreen, it's just a great song!

My guess-- I'm pretty sure the last one is Kimura, to his wife. But for the others... maybe Goro, Nakai, Shingo, Tsuyoshi? That would match the singing order in Angelheart, come to think of it...
