When I was around 15 or 16 (and there was still ICQ  - OMG, ICQ....) I had a friend from Georgia I talked to ALL the time. His name was Nathin and if i could date him i probably would have (he's about 7 years older than me though). Last we talked was after the tsunami of 2006, he was worried about me and called. I miss him loads.

I love that you include political opinion as a criterion for would-be boyfriends. :p I never thought about it until now, but I don't think I could ever date a Republican. I just don't get their worldview! At all!

P.S. You made me chuckle with the Bush-isms (and with the repeated phrase, Bush is a TOOL). It made me look silly at work tuloy (and it blew my cover--I was pretending to be doing serious work stuff, lol).
