If you're okay with CDMA, you may consider Sprint's SERO plan. For 30/mo you get:

- 500 minutes
- Unlimited Sprint Vision or Power Vision (aka EVDO-0/A data plan. This usually costs a pretty penny)
- Unlimited Mobile to Mobile
- Unlimited Sprint Picture Mail
- Unlimited Roaming
- Unlimited Nights & Weekends (Starts @ 7 PM)
- Nationwide Long Distance
- Voice Mail
- Caller ID
- Call Waiting
- Numeric Paging
- Three-Way Calling
