I am ued to doing most of the bakeing on the island myself, either at the cafe or in my own hut. A new bakery should make things intresting.

Oh, well, I don't want to compete, unless it's friendly. I'm doing other things at the store as well --restocking and helping Kuro-sama-- so I'm sure I can't keep up with all the demand on my own, anyway. Plus I'm actually still learning. I'm sure your baking is far superior to mine.
