i fixed my awesome embryos and went to look at them and all their awesomeness was gone!!!!!!! why me? luckily i saved half the batch so i am fixing them in new pbs and crossing my fingers in the meantime...
my bro and i actually thought this cat scrunched into a store window was dead. but no, it's just sleeping and shielding it's eyes from the lazy late afternoon sunday sunlight.

awesomeness still gone!!!!!! grrrrrr! i am going to have to do gfp antibody staining on embryos whose gfp should just be glowing! sigh...
