OK, so my current organaistion, Scottish Book Trust, is doing an event with Neil Gaiman and ten secondary schools tomorrow. I'm not sure. It's going to be over a month so I don't know if I want to sleep on a sofa in that big cold room for that long.

Compulsory questions: what are you doing in Scotland? What did think of the event? etc
Then my own -

You’ve written for every age range and medium imaginable from picture books for small children to Novels for Adults. How has writing for teenagers been different?

I was extremely nervous and managed to trip over my words a bit. It was mostly focusing on the new book as it was interview for the teenager section of the website.

I expect he gets that a lot. If I'd had my wits about me I'd have thought to recommend you asked what his favourite graveyard is, but when do I ever? ;)

Aw damn. I did ask him what sort of undead he's like to be. Answer: Vampire. Snappy dressers.
