I talked to mom today- she got home from the hospital, despite the rain and ice- she was desperate, having been there since Tuesday, and Dad was able to actually drive through the stuff (amazing, in Ga, don't you think?..and people wonder why I drive like I do) and go get her from Emory. good to hear about your mom. and i also decided this semester i'm going to do all my readings on time. so that i actually have time to get enough sleep! which is one of my resolutions for this yaer. that's what i was missing last semester and i'm not going to repeat this time. so what are you missing? if things were perfect right now, how would they be? :)

If things were perfect... I would have already made a decision regarding Ryan, and dealt with the consequences (good or bad). My roommate would also have talked to me about what is bothering her (since she hasn't said more than 10 words to me in the past 4 days, even though we've both been home all weekend). I don't really feel it's my place to bring it up, since I don't have anything against her, and I've already apologized for accidentally waking her up Thursday.

And of course a three day weekend would be nice. But given those couple things, my life would run a lot smoother than I feel it is going now. I don't know how to speed up the decision-making, and if Jen doesn't talk to me in the next few days, maybe I'll just ask her what is wrong- but not yet. I have too much else for school to do that now.

Not to mention a backrub would be nice. :) Thanks for asking, though.
