a sad sad day.

well exciting times, with the birthday and all.  but I must be solemn, for there has been a tragedy.  my favorite pair of of hiking socks, are dead.  one has a massive hole, the other is ripping and will soon have such a massive hole.  I suppose I'm going to have to find another pair.

i have thursday/friday off, but i have to be at my house at 9am on Friday morning, so maybe, mayyyybe, possibly, although who knows, i could be there wednesday night into thursday... maybe not :-/
