Yeah, here I am in the library again, because my 4pm class was cancelled, and I promised to walk home with people after class and I have no way to tell them that I just wont be there, cause they are in class too. Now that I think of my subject heading, the Taylor's b-day present come to mind...Anyways, all I have to say here is that I love my art class, even if I suck at it. Ian't the whole point of it to get better? So, if you start of as a beginner, you're in a better position to improve than the more advanced students who have to revert back to the basics, which might be hard for them (I know its hard for me). We did blind contour in my drawing class this week as well, kick-ass! I love doing contour, but that's just me. Well, sounds like you have everything under control. Good to hear. Keep it up. -J.S.

thanks guys, but I still dislike the class somewhat. I feel like a real incompetant, especially today. I think it must be that I am too competitive, so I see everyone else's really good stuff, and I feel like a moron. hopefully it will get better later.

Fully shaded hands means they were cheating...at least that's how I was taught. Also, if you think you're teachable, and the teacher thinks so too, then you will get better. You already know how to draw, this class is just here for you to get better. -J.S.
