Well, I know that none of you will really know what I am going to talk about, so if you dont want to be confused, skip some. Background: we here have this very evil game, called The Settlers of Catan. I need this game. Wow. Glad things are working out in art. Game sounds hard but fun. Sleep, ah the ever elusive unicorn of college existence. :) Hang in there.

We took pencils that were solid graphite, and sharpened them over paper so we had tons of graphite on the paper, then used paper towels to rub it all over, till the whole page turned black. Once the page was black, we took erasers and cleaned up the portions of the photos we were copying that needed to be lighter. It is supposed to be easier then actually drawing a picture, because while you can never fully erase a line, you can color the background back in if your erasing didnt come out right. I did an indian chief and the statue of liberty, both of which I think came out pretty well. I'll show you later, if you want to see
