Is what Kelsey called it today. Honestly I kind of agree. We sort of gravitate to these small businesses that desperately need help whether it's because they fail to advertise, or they fail to organize, or something or other else. That totally sucks! I think the key is to find an established small business that is hiring. That's what ended up happening to me; I literally ran past this cute little deli and they had a help wanted sign up. I went in, talked to him, followed up and got a 9.50/hr job. I think he's successful partly because he has an established clientele and does a LOT of catering.

It's also not a location saturated with similar options like downtown Evanston. You have Bennison's pretty close, which offers basically the same things but is very well known.

If the store could also find a constant selling source like a coffee shop that wants pastries everyday, that would help stimulate business and provide daily guaranteed money.It all sounds easy when I say it, but it's totally not. :(

I guess maybe we could outsource even more?
