1) You're by a train station, right? Package shit for people coming to and from work. Cookies + sandwich + go-cup of coffee = one stop for the morning commuter who wants his coffee, his lunch for the day, and something unhealthy. Or just make better/bigger/cheaper cookies than Bagel Art, also an option.

2) Saw the bread-ends off to make the sandwiches fit, cube them and store them in a dry container, and make bread pudding or salad crutons (if you do salads) every time you get enough piled up. No wastage, no searching for bigger and more expensive containers.

3) You know I do SEO for a living, right? I'd be willing to lend a hand on the website in exchange for my name in a corner somewhere so it can go in my portfolio.
