(no subject)
wow, the concert last night was bloody amazing! after 3 years, i finally got to see my favorite band play! hurrah for seven nations! i'm glad it was at tir na nog, made it that much more fun =) but yeah, these guys are awesome. they're even better live, i couldn't believe it. dan (their fiddler) was in-freakin-credible. he was playing so fast that the hairs on his bow were starting to snap. and their drummer is a nutcase, but really sweet. they did a few instrumental sets too, which were totally wicked. they got so into it, wish i could've taken some video but my camera sucks at life =( they played 2 sets, both were AWESOME. we were rockin out the whole night, and by the end of the night we were up and dancing and bouncing around (and you know how hard it is to get me to dance). we got to hang around a little while after to talk to them and get autographs and whatnot, all of them are really cool and super nice. what a kick ass show :D

after the show, hoarse and tired. but it was SO worth it
so now my voice is compeltely gone. apparently i've got an upper respiritory infection, and i was already losing my voice before the concert. screaming, cheering and singing along to every song certainly didn't help. but that's ok. that's what antibiotics and dayquil is for. yay!
