New VM Fic Challenge Comm!

There's a brand-new, shiny Veronica Mars fic community! It's at vmfic_gameon. The challenges for September have been posted, and I'm pretty psyched about them. I had a lot of fun writing to other people's prompts for VM Santa, so I think this is going to give me some fresh new fic ideas. (I've already got one story about halfway done and I'm pretty pleased

ah i'm doing this challenge too! it's going to be my first fic in a long time, but hopefully this community will spring up a lot of fics. do you know which challenge(s) you want to participate in yet? i'm testing out the first one, but i'm having trouble starting it. i know the middle and the end, but the beginning is just too big a boulder to make my way over right now, haha(:

Hmm, I don't want to say which challenge I picked, because it will give away some of my plot points! I'm going to have to state the challenge number at the end of my story instead of the beginning.

I actually have it all mapped out--I just have to find the time to write it!

Me either! Most of the challenge comms were dead by the time I discovered the fandom.

I know that a few writers I like are already working on challenges, so I'm really looking forward to it!

I'm very excited about it. I had a few fics that I was kind of working on, but wasn't feeling majorly inspired. But getting prompt from other people kick-started the creative part of my brain, I think!
