TV meme - Day Five
An easy one for a lazy Sunday:
Day 01 - A show that never should have been canceled
Day 02 - A show that you wish more people were watching
Day 03 - Your favorite new show (aired this TV season)
Day 04 - Your favorite show ever
Day 05 - A show you hate
Two and a Half Men. I tried it, mainly because I thought Jon Cryer and Charlie Sheen were cute when I was a teenager and they were making John Hughes movies. But it seems that 90% of the jokes are sex jokes, made in front of the kid, or fat jokes made at the expense of the kid. Oh, and occasional, sexist "oh, aren't women just crazy and irrational?" jokes as well. Blech. It's just lowest-common-denominator comedy.
Then the fact that Jon Cryer won the Emmy for "Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy" last year, when everyone knew it should have gone to Neil Patrick Harris, only solidified my hate. Never mind that this crap is going on its eighth season, despite Charlie Sheen's many, MANY legal troubles and the show's growing suckage. I hate it so much, I'm not going to link to a Youtube vid of it. Instead, I'm going to link to a NPH vid, because he's awesome:
