Thanks! I was looking at your journal, and you reminded me one of locknkey's stories is on my to-read list (It's Only a Tease if What He Does Makes You Hot - although I might have mangled the title there). I may top off my Valentine's Day with it!

Thanks! I bought myself a bouquet of roses in the half-off bin, and as each outer petal started to show its age I plucked and dried it. I have white and yellow petals as well. I'm going to put them in one of the many vases I have and put it out as decoration, then if I want to use the vase for fresh flowers I just dump out the petals and put them in another vase or back in the same one when the fresh flowers are done. My own idea! *pats self on back* :)
I took the pic without a flash, with several light sources, to get the shadows. Then I adjusted the exposure in Photoshop to get the petals back up to their real color.

I know it's not your thing, but I'm testing a new icon I made at the cost of half a night of sleep last night. I haven't actually seen it in action yet.

I'm surprised those petals are dried-- they have a lot of color in them still.

Nice icon! It isn't my thing, but I admire the icon anyway. :)
