Marches: Highland Laddie, Kilravock Castle, Brown Haired Maiden, Clan Morrison
Hornpipes: Harvest Home (I know a lot of Irish players do this one, but my notes say it's Isle of Skye), West's Hornpipe, The Damside.
Jigs: Scotch Cap, Braes of Elchies, Hamilton's Delight, King's Jig.
If you do primarily Irish, you may not be familiar with the tune form called the "Scots Measure"? They're in 4, tempo like a reel or a hair slower, but typically each four-bar phrase ends with a quarter note/half note combination. A couple of my favorites are Miss Andy Campbell, We're a Kiss'd Sleeping, and (really just because I love the name) What Will I Do An My Hoggy Die.
I love this set, which I believe is a mix of Cape Breton/Scottish? I might have the order a bit off, but it's definitely a popular Cape Breton set, and a hell of a lot of fun on fiddle:
Miss Lyall's Strathspey, King George IV(? I forget what number..), Old King's Reel, King's Reel.
Also, as exceedingly over-played as it is, High Road to Linton's a safe bet. Also, Lime Hill Strathspey.
