Third times a charm?

December 2005: My roof leaks and water gushes over my bed and computer the week of finals. There was allready no heat in the building and it was a cold, Philadelphia winter. Had a frozen/soggy bed and was to poor to buy a blanket and new computer. All my final papers were fried cuz my computer was on when the roof opened up. Land Lord wouldn’t fix
