A Journey Begins

I know I don't normally blog a lot (my bad) but I'm about to start a journey that I want to get down in a journal so looks like finally this thing will really be put to good use. Those that have known me a long time know that I've been struggling with my weight since my early twenties. I was never a stick - those skinny girls that wear a size -2
