If you've been following along with our intrepid adventurers, you know that a week ago it was snowing here. Today, it's the the 80's. And since both Shannon and I had the day off, we decided to do a little exploring.

That's fun - and it's pretty much what the front edge of actual glaciers look like when they are in valleys and such!

Also, apparently ice makes a great accessory for sand castles. Or so one would believe watching all the kids run out into the water to break chunks off.

It sounds like Ohio is weird, and pretty darned wonderful. What an unusual and fun way to spend a day!
