Running, or any other form of exercising, is great for the health, physical and mental. Just Friday I went swimming...man that felt great. I killed my arm, but it's been weak since I broke it, however, with all the working out I've been doing, it's been doing wonders for me. We should go run sometime...only I don't run that fast or that far. I'm new to the "art of running". And I should really get back to my paper. I am SO unproductive tonight. What's wrong with me?
kool. yeah i dont run really fast or far either. 2 years on track did wonders, but now i just run to stay in shape. let me know if u want to run some time :) see u at class!
