What happens when you read Stephen King's 'It'

Hey Guys,

Most of you have probably read Stephen King's 'It.' If you haven't I suggest you do. The story is a bit hard to keep up, but it was all an amazing read. It really made me think about how much we forget about childhood. How we grow old and don't take as much chances as we used to. But Stephen King writes scary stuff, right? I'm not allowed to read horror books, my parents forbade it when I was, like, ten. And I'm still scared of the dark even when I haven't just watched scary Doctor Who episodes. :(

To tell you the truth it wasn't scary at all. I mean there were a lot of times where I was worried for the characters because of some near death or brutal situations but none of it was scary. I was most of the time on the edge of my seat because they were running away from the major bully or was so pissed at the characters that I was abot to throw my kindle on the floor.

Probably the only scary part I can think of (and I guess it depends on what you consider scary) would be when Mike opens the fridge at the library and sees a severed head of Stan Uris with his mouth stuffed with feathers. Other than that, not scary.
