Well, woke up this morning to beef that was a little too soggy. So, I put it, and the veggies, into my large iron skillet, and put it in to broil for a few minutes to dry it out and brown it a little, and crisp the potatoes and carrots

It was on sale at the store and my guess is it was on sale where you were at too.
I have some extra stout Irish beer which is too bitter to drink but perfect for cooking. If it is still on sale tomorrow I will buy more as I love the flavoring it has on the vegetables.
