Could just be the season change is causing a bit of havoc to your systems. Hell, every time the season changes my insides kick up a storm. When I had an ulcer I could count on it getting worse every season change. Sucked big time as it would often land my Mother in the hospital because hers would bleed.

If you are worried about it go see your doctor. One blood test could probably take care of all your worries. :)
