*hugs* I know how you feel, because this was me on Wednesday night when my internet decided to act up and I couldn't get back online, and we just had the 4% wipe. I asked Cel to replace me because I didn't know how long it'd take me to come back, and I was convinced they'd get him down in my absence and that broke my heart.
Don't quit! We have ICC back on the schedule and we want to take people back who missed out the first time. And trust me, there will still be cheering when we down him.
We are going to get you that kill. I don't care if we have to spend another few weeks relearning the fight so that you can get it, but you are going to have it. Getting the kill for the second time will be just as exciting as the first, because it is by no means on farm yet.
I know it's easy for me to say so but the victory was bittersweet b/c you and Talandar were not there with us. I spent the night crying and feeling guilty and dismayed b/c nothing would have been better than getting this victory as a team. I know how hard we've all worked for it.
I hope you don't quit! And I hope we can get in there with our team again and get you both that kill.

I feel stupid for not messaging you about it... I asked Eli if you had fixed your wow yet and he said he didn't think the drive would have arrived yet ._. but I should have still messaged.
We're getting you and Tal and Ophe the title and I don't care how long it takes. Not only is the guild willing to keep going at it for all of you guys... so are Maniacal, if we need their help. There was nothing in the patch notes about the title being removed, so we just need a little time to get our addons fixed and learn our new spells.
I would have been devastated and crying if I had been stuck at work or had no internet and they got it without me... and I felt terrible about you guys missing out because like you said, you did put in a lot of hard work, and you stuck by us when things were pretty bad, and it's not fair that irl had to fuck up your external this week.
but it's not getting the kingslayer that she's upset about, it's missing that moment. we can't replace that. the patch isn't even confirmed for next week. we just had events up every day in case we'd be able to pull together another run beforehand, in case the patch hit. i wish blizzard were concrete in patch day announcements so maybe we could've waited until everyone was there, but with all the RL issues everyone's been having, the fact we were able to go at all is a miracle in itself, i don't know. today was our only other possibility and if we'd waited.. veriah wouldn't have been able to make it. either way someone was fucked ._
