Turns out, the derailment that has taken at least nine lives this morning and scared the crap out of me because my dad rides metrolink (he wasn't on either of those trains), was all caused by an aborted suicide. That's right, someone was going to commit suicide by getting slammed into by a train. THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE INVOLVED

Dizzam! I knew something was up because at the press confrence this morning Baca was sounding really pissed at car on the tracks guy.

What an A-HOLE! You should try again buddy. You was right the first time. But this time use a gun. Or a frissbee and some butter like god intended.

They're making a case to charge the guy with 11 counts of murder for that aborted suicide.
