I hope your weekend was better than Friday! I know it sucks when bad days come around, but they happen... and you just have to get through it and hope for tomorrow.
Congrats on your training thus far! I'd love to hear how your 9-mile went! If you see my latest entry, you'll see I am going to start working on getting back into the running business.. although I'm just walking for now :)
It's been awesome weather down here in Cincy... how about Columbus? I know sometimes the weather patterns are completely different, even though we're only about 90 miles apart LOL.
