3 miles or so this morning, out and back on the Yahara parkway. I've taken a few days off and skipped out on a long run, but today my legs felt rested and nothing hurt. If circumstances were different, I could have gone a lot farther.

Run this morning was good, woke up on my own at about quarter to 7; I guess my body is getting used to being sleep deprived. Out to Olbrich and back on the 5.5 mile loop. Ok, lots of stuff today. Took yesterday off to recover from the bonk. Slept all morning, finally got outta bed at 1 in the afternoon. Decided to sleep on the porch last night in my new sleeping bag; it was raining out and I really enjoy sleeping out there listening to the rain and feeling the breeze.
