Unfortunately, it's the only thing that is going to get me to run a 4 hour marathon this may. So, while I'm home, I dusted off my parents' treadmill and decided to do timed half-miles, with full recovery (3-4) minutes in between, doing stretching and ab work. Times: 4:15, 4:10, 4:01, and (gasp!) 3:53! Folks that last one works out to a 7:36
