I think we've been pretty lucky here in Canada -- *knock on wood* -- we seemed to have dodged the worst of it. I hope it ends soon too -- too many good people affected.

I think it's a summer thing. I remember it always being slow during summer but Jesse thinks it's just this year. Whether or which, we can't take many more knocks.

It will pass, like a kidney stone. I'm switching my focus. Savouring the free time I have with Jess and Henry. You can't buy that.
