I have a lot of things to say to you about fathers and one's relationship to them and how if you are aware of becoming like your parent--you probably won't.

Today, I'll just say that I'm thinking of you and hope you can get through the day without too much other hurt.

Crying is okay, big silly--it let's us know that the guy we really like is in there somewhere.
