Sexual Harassment

I'm currently in the middle of a 2-hour computer based training class on sexual harassment. So far I've learned that, no matter how provocatively dressed, I cannot grab my coworkers' genitals. Also, I cannot spank my coworkers even if I use a paddle or other device to prevent direct physical contact. I am both amused and horrified at the minutia of

It's kind of a weird topic. The only thing I can think of is that a couple got together, with their paddle, and a third party got offended.

I think third parties shouldn't be allowed to be offended, but I don't get to decide that. Instead we all have to be Victorian-style prudes. ::sigh::

The actual case this was based on involved a company's sales department competition, where the loosers were forced to wear diapers, be fed baby food, and spanked by the winners.

Imagine working for that company...
