Simple hedonism is easy to understand, the satisfaction of desire, and the pursuit of that satisfaction. In this simple state its drawbacks are easily revealed as well. LOL - well let me know if you know of any positions that come up. I was thinking corporate Philosopher was a stretch, but Corporate Hedonist? Well perhaps it's time to create the CEH title.

when I say you are laying the groundwork for a delightful and worthwhile philosophical treatise on hedonism. No avenue is being left unexplored and it is written with such flow and precision. The language is perfectly suited to the topic and you really do write beautifully. I see this is a marvelous start to an introductory text, which will lead into more detailed chapter views of the issues you’ve begun to explore.

I may be late but I finally got to this. Not only do I agree with the lady above, but what really gets me is that I agree with everything you've written...and not only do I agree, I realize that there is nothing similar to this printed anywhere.

BTW, a search for "hedonism" at bn.com turns up interesting results. I have to read Stranger in a Strange Land again.
