Wow, what a fantastic adventure. Hmmm, I'll have to check out that blog after all. Could be the source of many a 4-step find-and-rediscover mission.

Ugh, but i can see only one of your pictures. Bah, the one of traffic on Hollywood Boulevard, who cares? Damn the other tantalizing red exes!

Well, at least I know yesterday's hinted-at spy session was legitmately fascinating.

Hmmm - perhaps accomplice is a better term - but I think schedule may depend on clear days on weekends. Then again, maybe I need to devote some time to casing the neighborhood to figure when are the best times to explore long driveways and unruly backyards.

I think "accomplice" is always best. If you can tolerate the wait, my guess would be that late fall/winter is best for clear viewing.
