Some people just feel the uniform and the car entitles them I'll bet his colleagues think he has an attitude problem too.

It's a recognized phenomena, "New Cop Syndrome". Trouble is some of them never get over it.

They really need more training. Maybe put them out in pairs with older cops or something. I never see two in a cruiser anymore.
