This is absolutely gorgeous! :D I ahve a question, that has been nagging me, that I hope you won't mind... How do you do to get a person into a background like you have? I mean, even between strands of hair. I'm just a bit curious, because I have never managed to get how one do it properly (eraser and brush is pretty much what I use).
Again, great wall, I'm gonna use it if that's okay :)
oh now i wish i would be better in explaining...(i'm not a native speaker, so my english is not the best). well i have problems with doing blendings right, especially with eraser, so what i usually do is i take a background texture that has similar colors to the original background of the image (if i have a pic with a yellow background, then i choose a yellowish texture for example.), then i use the lasso tool and draw a line just loosely around my motive, right click on it and choose "Feather" with about 30px. then i paste it on the background texture. then i try to remove as much as possible from the original background of the image in the same way. then i make the coloring and then i use more textures to cover up all my little mistakes
( ... )
I'm not a native speaker either, but you explained it just fine :) I think I get it, so I'll try later. And I'll go see what else I can find on the subject, but thanks for answering my question :D
And thanks, Chuck is adorable ain't she? Not my icon though, I found it seomewhere :)
