Haha, the bit with Robbie and Gary made me giggle - their banter is just so adorable! Rob can never stop teasing poor Gaz, can he?

And the whumping - I'm pretty sure I enjoyed that way too much for my own sanity but you write it all so well, I could totally picture Mark's agony!

I can't believe there's only 2 chapters left btw - I'm so curious to see how it'll all end but I'm gonna miss this fic terribly once it's finished :(

Haha, yes, But not without giving myself a headache!! Sometimes I hate computers...

Glad you enjoyed, though. I do like writing Robbie/Gary banter. There's something about those two together which is so fun to write, especially now we know that they love each other really...well, from time to time :P Haha, I personally wonder if Robbie might not be annoying Gary at the moment as much as he is us... But we will see ;)

As I said, I'm afraid they are going to be two very long chapters. There's going to be a lot more whumping to come, though, so don't you worry about that! And, it seems to be a requirement in all of my long stories that by the end mark is well and truly and thoroughly whumped!

Funnily enough, I'm working towards the epic, OT4 hug in the bit I am trying to finish right now, so you can rest assured that it is in there :D I think, after everything, they deserve it more than ever!!

Haha, yes, it is nearly finished, and I have to admit that I am rather relieved ;) Thanks for sticking with us to near the end, though :) I promise there will be some happy endings involved here, but I don't want to give too much away, of course...

I pondered over who to make the Ambassador, and decided I didn't want anyone *really* real, so that kind of worked for me. I'm glad it worked for you :D

I love you! And Robbie! And Sammy the Squirrel! Basically, that line's just filled me with massive amounts of love!

At the sudden shout, Gary nearly said: ‘you’re already insane.’ Robbie had acted decidedly weirdly on many occasions over the past fortnight. Half the time he was like he was now, excitable and energetic to the point of mania, and improbably cheery for a man facing almost certain death not far down the line. Then other times, he got even scarier, huddling in the corner, staring wild-eyed at nothingness, or even weeping inconsolably, smashing his tattered boot-heels against the walls. Gary was wary of approaching him then; he never knew what to say.

Aw, Robbie!

Robbie winked. ‘Markie’s mine in every universe, Barlow. Get used to it! I don’t mind if you think about him when you wank, though, more of a turn on than bloody Mona. Got sexy long eyelashes that mouse, but never was into the fur - so, you up for it?’

Can you just write Robbie talking forever? Because

*g*! Thank you very much! I'm glad there was much in this chapter to a joy. Writing Robbie and Gary was actually is extremely good fun. I *do* want to write a lot more Robbie, actually. Especially as it does look like he's going to be doing something with the lads in the near future...whether we want him to or not ;)

The sorry about the President Bush thing but, you know, *everything* went wrong here. The line about the handshake and the beaver was genius - for clearly, that was said ;)

It was actually rather kind of James to offer one of his last wine-gums to was total stranger, wasn't it? How lovable a mad scientist he is...

It was very entertaining to see Gary and Robbie 'bonding' LMAO! Wonder how Robbie should think that Markie belongs to him in every universe ;)

Poor Mark :( he's in a terrible state...definitely in the need for some serious cuddling to make him whole and sane again. It was nice how Gary missed seeing his smile *g* would be a shame to miss it for good, so boys please hurry up and save mark before it's too late!

I'm very excited to see what Jay decides to do, will he take mark with him and then what? Can't wait for more!

Yes, Robbie is very confident that Mark is always his... Maybe he will be proved wrong fairly soon ;) but mark is indeed in a terrible state, and as you say, I think I will have to devote the whole epilogue to cuddling and possibly some sort of therapy... But, yes, Jason ought to be a bit of help in the short term ;)

I'd love that *g* hhhhmmmmm I'm thinking some form of therapy would be most certainly needed... Mark seems scarily fucked up in the head. But it's no wonder, considering what he's been through in this world. I have a feeling his experiences might be beyod the other boys and he'd need professional help to appear normal again ;)

I'm working on that ending now...and Mark is definitely traumatised!! I think the other boys are going to have to be a little patient before they can be 'normal' again... :(
