This has been a pretty hard past week. Friday we braved the storm and returned to Katsuo/Travis's home town of Valentine Nebraska for his mother's fiance's funeral. So my day started off fairly good and normal. My boss monitored one of my calls and I got 100%, so yeah pretty good day. Went to the car place and got my car back today. They said that they didn't notice anything wrong, but did see where the leak was and when I had more time they would be able to help fix that. At work today we got to practice Tornado drills. Thankfully I didn't have a customer on the line either time that we had to go to our designated areas. I don't like the area my group has to go to because it is a hallway that I feel gives inadequate coverage, plus is still out in the open slightly.
