At the train station this morning I saw someone with a cross on his forehead and thought to myself, "Tommy Gnosis! He must be a Hedwig fan!".

Then I continued through Grand Central and realized that he no, he wasn't a Hedwig fan, and I was an idiot.

(Erm.. yeah... My mind went like this: wow, that looks vaguely reminiscent of Hedwig. Wait. There are non jews on campus, aren't there? And the cafeteria staff was wearing beads yesterday... therefore... hmm. Happy Wednesday. Oh, dude, is that where they got the idea?!? )

I should've made the Mardi Gras connection (I saw some people skiing with beads over the weekend), but I... didn't.
