Yeah. This the the first time in 8 years of doing shows that I've had to do this. I am pretty crushed right now. I just hope the Hocico show does ok. It's funny that I even have to question that.

It's worth mentioning that I thought I hadn't tried to get tix yet b/c I was waiting for my paycheck but in fact I DID try and couldnt figure out where the heck to buy them on the Chashama website. I did follow a link to a link on their website to another cool website that helps people find visual artists' work, and I bookmarked both that and the Chashama space under my NYC:Culture category.. but for the life of me in one lunch break I couldnt figure out how/where to purchase tix. I remember hoping that there would be some available at the door, or thinking that I was just being daft or overlooking something. I didn't see any link under events... I don't want to see NYC get a worse reputation than it already has..
How did the people who *did* pay tickets get them? Was there a different link somewhere?

I had a PayPal buy it now button in all of the posts and also a link to cenotype.com, where there was another Buy Now button. Chashama didn't have it on their site.
